If that's true.... The PH didn't make her announcement until a few days ago, a while after the kanima became active on the boat. Do you know if it's been being controlled this whole time?

Pretty sure. Jackson can't control it anyway. Plus, it wouldn't make sense for her to give herself away like that, right?

Anyway, now that you mention it, you're right - if she was doing this, she'd either have made it clear from the beginning or she wouldn't have told us at all. Why hide it until now? And if you think you're getting close, that explains it.

I don't think brains is going to be enough - make sure he has weapons. Or get someone to go with you who has weapons. [She has no idea who Sherlock even is - but she sure will make certain he's going to keep Maya safe, damn it.]

I don't think there are a lot of emergencies guns can help with....

The kind when a lizard is chasing you and the detective you're with is incapacitated. A few others. Mostly with monsters.

Wouldn't an anti-monster weapon work better? Like fancy bows and arrows!
