Even though I was disgusted at myself for defending Miss Peko despite realizing her guilt, it couldn't change the fact that I thought she was an alright person. For a hit man.
You are right, though. . .if there is another murder--which I don't doubt, given the incentive, we need to focus on that. Maybe, if we all survive through the weekend, we could pull her aside and talk to her privately first.
